چکیده
Abstract The consumption of raw milk cheese has been growing worldwide with S. aureus and E. coli the leading agents in food poisoning. present work aims to evaluate microbiological quality cheeses commercialized Brazil, regarding microbiology safety enterotoxin gene presence. Forty-three samples from five different suppliers were analyzed. Counting identification aureus, Salmonella spp performed according BAM FDA. Further was by cydB invA gene. toxin genes (sea, seb, sec, see, ses, seh sei) LT, STa, Stb, stx1, stx2, eae, rmpA, wabG, mrkD, kfu, mcgA, fimH uge analysed. From 43 analyzed, 18 presented two isolates positive for tst gene, sec four sei Thirty-five seven. obtained. harbored sta stx2 genes. results revealed that sold can cause harm consumer's health highlights importance adoption good hygienic-sanitary practices consumers awareness.

Toxigenic status of Staphylococcus aureus isolated from bovine raw milk and Minas frescal cheese in Brazil.
A group of 291 Staphylococcus aureus isolates from mastitic cow's milk (n = 125), bulk tank milk (n = 96), and Minas frescal cheese (n = 70) were screened for staphylococcal enterotoxin (SE) genes (sea, seb, sec, sed, see, seg, seh, sei, selj, and sell) and for the tst-1 gene encoding staphylococcal toxic shock syndrome toxin 1 by PCR assay. A total of 109 (37.5%) of the isolates were positive ...

Although dental foci can be sources of bacteremia and bacterial endocarditis, hematogenous spread of infection presented with septic pulmonary embolism apparently is rare. The occurrence of septic pulmonary embolism in patients with periodontal disease without suppurative thrombophlebitis of the great vessels of the neck is well documented but to our knowledge, there is no report on septic pulm...
متن کاملMolecular approaches to analysing the microbial composition of raw milk and raw milk cheese.
The availability and application of culture-independent tools that enable a detailed investigation of the microbiota and microbial biodiversity of food systems has had a major impact on food microbiology. This review focuses on the application of DNA-based technologies, such as denaturing gradient gel electrophoresis (DGGE), temporal temperature gradient gel electrophoresis (TTGE), single stran...

Nigella sativa (N. sativa) grows in various parts of the world, particularly in Iran. It has been traditionally used as a folk remedy to treat a number of diseases. The seeds of this plant contain moisture, proteins, carbohydrates, crude fiber, alkaloids, saponins, ash, fixed oils and essential oil. The major components of the essential oil are thymoquinone, p-cymene, trans-anethole, 2-methyl-5...
متن کاملA PCR method for detection of bifidobacteria in raw milk and raw milk cheese: comparison with culture-based methods.
Bifidobacteria are well known for their beneficial effects on health and are used as probiotics in food and pharmaceutical products. As they form one of the most important groups in both human and animal feces, their use as fecal indicator organisms in raw milk products has recently been proposed. Bifidobacteria species isolated in humans are different from those isolated in animals. It should ...
